Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Eliassdevland for any digital services. By commissioning work, signing a proposal, making a payment, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

01 About Eliassdevland

Eliassdevland is a digital services business registered in Portugal (NIF 303 053 887), operating from Coimbra. We provide website design and development, e-commerce support, digital marketing guidance, virtual assistance, SEO and analytics setup, and website care and maintenance to businesses internationally.

02 Services & Scope

The scope of each project is defined by a written proposal, service summary, or agreed brief shared prior to commencement. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Eliassdevland reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

Service descriptions on our website are illustrative. Exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed per engagement.

03 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is due before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery or site launch.
  • Consultation sessions are paid in full at the time of booking via WhatsApp Pay or another agreed method.
  • Monthly retainer or care plan fees are due at the start of each billing period.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.

04 Client Responsibilities

To enable timely delivery of services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content, assets, credentials, and feedback within agreed timeframes.
  • Designate a single point of contact for approvals and communication.
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner (typically within 5 business days unless agreed otherwise).
  • Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and additional charges may apply.

05 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for the client (design, code, copy) transfers to the client as their property, except for:

  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, frameworks) which remain subject to their respective licences.
  • Proprietary tools, templates, or processes developed by Eliassdevland that are used in the delivery but not created exclusively for the client.

Eliassdevland retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

06 Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal (typically two rounds of revisions per deliverable). Additional revisions or changes to agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Major scope changes requested after work has begun may require a revised proposal and updated timeline.

07 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Eliassdevland will not disclose client data, business strategies, or proprietary information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

08 Warranties & Liability

Eliassdevland delivers work to a professional standard and will address any defects caused by our error within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from service delivery or delays.
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or plugins.
  • Content provided by the client that infringes third-party rights.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

09 Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If the client cancels:

  • After deposit payment but before work begins — the deposit is non-refundable.
  • During the project — payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

If Eliassdevland cancels a project without cause, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. See our Refund Policy for further details.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbra, Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in the client's country of residence.

11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
