At Eliassdevland, we stand behind our work and aim to deliver services that exceed expectations. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and our commitment to fair resolution of any concerns.
Because our services involve significant time and professional effort, most fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will always seek a reasonable solution before a situation reaches the point of a refund request.

If Eliassdevland cancels a project before work begins for reasons within our control, the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be handed over upon receipt of final payment.
Once a project has been delivered and approved (or deemed approved after the review period), no refunds are available. If issues arise after delivery that are attributable to our work, we will address them at no charge within 30 days of delivery, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
Consultation sessions (30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour) are paid in full at the time of booking and are:
Rescheduling is always welcome with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost.
Monthly care plans and retainers are billed at the start of each period. No refund is issued for unused time within a billing period. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time with written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, we encourage you to outline your concerns in writing so we can review the situation carefully. Our goal is always a fair outcome for both parties.
For unresolved disputes, you may seek assistance from the Portuguese consumer protection authority (DECO) or initiate proceedings through the applicable consumer dispute resolution platform.
