No. We can take over maintenance of any existing WordPress website. We'll start with a full health check to understand its current state before setting up the care plan.
Can I cancel my care plan at any time?
Yes. Our care plans run month to month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel with reasonable notice at any time — no penalties, no complications.
What happens if something breaks?
Care plan clients get priority support. If something breaks, we investigate and fix it as quickly as possible — and restore from backup if needed. Your site being down costs you money, and we take that seriously.
How many content changes are included each month?
This depends on the plan. Entry plans include a set number of small edits per month. Larger plans include more. We'll agree on this clearly before you sign up — no surprises.
