Welcome to eliassdevland.com (the “Website”), operated by Eliassdevland — Ilyass Akrajai (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using this Website or engaging my services, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

I provide digital project management, AI, marketing, and related consulting services to small businesses, families, and entrepreneurs.

2. Services

I offer consultations and ongoing support, including (but not limited to) website creation and management, SEO, social media, advertising, AI implementation and automation, design, short-term rental management, teaching, and relocation guidance.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any work are agreed individually with each client before the work begins. Nothing on this Website is a binding offer; it is an invitation to contact me to discuss your needs.

3. Consultations and plans

I currently offer:

  • Free Discovery Call — approximately 10 minutes, free of charge, to see whether we are a good fit.
  • Standard Consultation — €50 for 30 minutes.
  • Business Consultation — €100 for up to 2 hours.
  • Monthly Retainer — €200 per month, including up to 10 hours of work and up to 2 hours of weekly meetings, on a month-to-month basis.

Prices are in euros (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes. I may update my prices at any time; the price agreed at the time of booking applies to that booking.

4. Bookings and communication

Enquiries and bookings are made by contacting me, primarily via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only once I have acknowledged and agreed it with you. For the monthly retainer, the working relationship continues month to month until either party ends it (see Section 6).

5. Payment

Payment terms for paid consultations and the retainer are agreed directly with you before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, consultations are payable in advance and the monthly retainer is payable at the start of each monthly period. Unused hours within a retainer month do not roll over to the following month unless expressly agreed.

6. Cancellation and termination

You may reschedule or cancel a consultation by giving reasonable advance notice. The monthly retainer can be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice before the next monthly period begins; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law. I reserve the right to decline or end any engagement, for example where a request is unlawful, unethical, or outside my services.

7. Disclaimer

My services and any content on this Website are provided for general professional and informational purposes only. While I bring experience and care to my work, I do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing I provide should be relied upon as such. For those matters you should consult a qualified professional (for example a lawyer or accountant).

Any guidance I give — including on marketing, AI, or relocating to Portugal — is based on my knowledge and the information you provide, and outcomes depend on many factors outside my control. I do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, revenue, traffic, or business outcome.

8. Client responsibilities

To deliver my services effectively, I rely on you to provide accurate information, materials, access, and timely feedback. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content (text, images, logos, accounts) you ask me to use, and for the lawful operation of your own business.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this Website (text, design, and branding) belongs to me and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work I produce for a client (such as designs or websites) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise. I may reference completed work in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Website or my services. My total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Third-party services

My work and this Website may involve third-party tools and platforms (such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, hosting, and AI providers). I am not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms, and your use of them is subject to their own agreements.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

13. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page with the most recent “Last updated” date applies.
